Ligare Australia was established in 1979 by Richard Celarc. Based in Sydney, Ligare provides specialised, integrated and environmentally friendly printing and value add business solutions across Australia.

Offering world class pre press, printing, binding, warehousing and integrated fulfilment, the business is a trans-Tasman leader in the short to medium size book and journal runs. It became the foundation company of the Group in May 2007.

In October 2007, Ligare Australia acquired the assets of local Sydney company, Southwood Press.
